OKtoPress privacy note (draft)

Uploaded artwork goes to OKtoPress's private file storage (Vercel Blob, run by Vercel Inc.), never to the website you found it on. It is used only to produce your report and is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Abuse protection: to rate-limit uploads and sign-ups, the app stores a keyed hash of your IP address (the key changes every day, so it can't be linked across days) with a request count. The IP address itself is never stored, and these counters are deleted within 2 days.
The checker sets no cookies. No IP addresses, user agents or personal IDs are stored with usage counts. We count checks, embed loads and sign-ups per shop ID and host website.
If you join the waitlist, we store the email, shop name, website, country and platform you give us, only to contact you about the product. Ask us to delete it any time.
For the shop whose checker you used, we keep a short record of each check (time, file name, resolution, colour count and pass/warn/fail) for 30 days so the shop can see its checks. The file itself is still deleted after 24 hours.
If you choose to send your report to a shop, we pass your email, optional name and note, and the report summary to that shop, and store them for 30 days. If you tick the follow-up box, we record that consent and when you gave it. The box is never ticked for you.
Shops that sign in to their dashboard get one sign-in cookie. The checker itself sets no cookies.
Reports are estimates; the shop confirms on proof.
